Beer fondue

Beer Fondue with Emmi Traditional Cheese Fresh Blend
Main ingredient:
Emmi Traditional Cheese Fresh Blend

serves 4:
• 3/4 Cup of beer, such as a full bodied ale or lager
• 1 Bag of Emmi Traditional Cheese Fresh Blend or 6oz Emmi Le Gruyére AOP and 6oz Emmi Emmentaler AOC, shredded and coated in 2Tbs. of cornstarch
• 1Tbs. grain mustard
• 1/4 Cup caramelized onions
• Chopped scallions for garnish (optional)

‹ Preparation ›

1. Prepare your dipper in advance and set aside.

2. Add the beer to your pot and bring to a low simmer.

3. Gradually stir in the cheese and cornstarch mixture.

4. Melt gradually to ensure a smooth texture and consistency.

5. Stir in the grain mustard.

6. Top with the caramelized onions and scallions.

• Roasted Brussels sprouts
• Sausage
