This beautiful, soft white cheese with a smooth, velvetly pure white rind. This paste is warm yellow, indicating its triple crème quality. Named after the historic cathedral in the region of Meaux, in the Paris basin, this cheese takes on the traditional creamy flavors of a Brie.

Vignotte is made in Raival, a commune in the Meuse department in Lorraine in NE France. Vignotte and the famous Brie de Meaux are both produced in Raival. The quality of the milk is the most important ingredient in the making of this cheese.
