Monsieur fromage

Cheese king of French cheeses. Since the Middle Ages, this cheese has captured the hearts of all those who have experienced it’s outstanding taste. In the 19th century it was considered the finest cheese in Europe, thanks to the French statesman Talleyrand, who introduced it at a diplomatic dinner. It is produced near Paris, which ahs no doubt helped its reputation.

Also available in Camembert! Super creamy, rich and flavorful! Great with a robust Bordeaux!

Cheese is for sharing! There’s never a time NOT to serve brie – any picnic, party, holiday or gathering. Use for a cheese tray or as a dessert with grapes, strawberries or pears!

Warm in the oven and drizzle with honey then serve right away with water crackers or a crusty baguette. Top wth your favorite preserve like apple or raspberry and cover with pre-made pie crust or filo dough and bake for your own homemade Brie en croute!
