CHEESE PROCESSING
We process all types of cheese under our own brands, supplier's brands, and customer's private labels in our Moonachie, New Jersey plant.
- Cutting into random or exact weight wedges, chunks, or bars
- Grating or shredding of hard cheese
- Smoking with a variety of natural wood chips
Our packaging options include Hand-wraps, L-Seal breathable film, Hayssen pillow packs and Parchment paper wraps, cryovac, as well as bags and cups of various sizes.
Additionally, we process short shelf-life cheeses such as Brie in our distribution centers to maximize freshness at time of delivery.

Our national logistics system delivers high quality service at the lowest possible costs, through a combination of 4 regional distribution centers located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South and West Coast. These are supported by cross-dock platforms located within our direct delivery areas.
